Download the Chippewa Valley Bank app from the Play Store.2. Enter your Online Banking credentials (Access ID, Password, and Security Questions). 3. View your CVB balances and transactions and make transfers between CVB accounts.4. The app will automatically log you out when you are inactive so your information stays secure. You will be required to put in the password whenever the app is reopened.Questions? The app no longer opens on my phone, even after reinstalling it.
App does not load. Just get a white screen.
Sometimes app isn't working on my phone. It will start working a month or so later. Have to use my wife's phone to make mobile deposits when this happens
5-7 years behind other banking apps. It works but not super convenient. I seen that they are trying to improve but not where it should be with their system.
